Dr. Pia Torres joined the staff at Randolph Animal Hospital in January, 2018. Born and raised in Ohio, Dr. Torres has worked in the animal-related field since 1999.
Dr. Torres attended the University of Pennsylvania, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Basis of Behavior in 2001. She continued her veterinary education at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, completing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Dr. Torres completed a rotating internship at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists, after which she practiced at the Back Bay Veterinary Clinic in Boston until 2018.
When she's not at the hospital, Dr. Torres enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
